The description of the products that are available on our website aim to give our clients the most exact information as possible about the garments that are sold.
ONCOHELP is a company that supplies high quality goods that undergo an extremely strict and rigorous manufacturing process.
The manufacturing process is based on the idea of ‘real time’, which focuses on the production of goods in response to market demands. The objective is to offer our customers an outstanding product in the shortest possible time. Once the order has been submitted, it is packed, labelled and processed for delivery.
This process may undergo some modifications or delays depending on the size of the order. ONCOHELP strives to satisfy its clients and always aims to put their needs first.
All the prices on our website are shown in euros either with or without IVA (value added tax). These prices are in place for all products except if there is a misprint.
ONCOHELP reserves the right to modify prices at any moment without prior warning. Prices do not include shipping charges. They are shown separately.
The client agrees to pay the amount as soon as the order has been placed. No orders will be sent until the full amount has been received. Prices will be shown at the checkout where there will be a breakdown of every garment with corresponding shipping charges.
ONCOHELP is not responsible for any misuse or manipulation relating to any purchases made. In the case of any incident please contact ONCOHEP by sending an email, referencing the issue.
The methods of payments are: by credit or debit card, (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron or other cards) and through PayPal.
The charges include packaging, handling and shipping. We ship all over the world.
For international shipping outside Spain, please ask for a quote by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping within the Peninsular takes approximately 7-9 working days and to the Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries within Europe between 8-11 working days.
Shipping to the rest of the world takes between 2-3 weeks, depending on the country.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted on any underwear as in accordance with the law, ‘7/1996, de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista Español, en su artículo 45 apartado 3´. However, if a client receives an order of any other product and finds a manufacturing fault or a problem with size, they can contact us within 10 days via email at email@example.com so as to move forward with an exchange as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
The client can choose on their own account the type of shipping they want to use to ensure the product reaches us. All products must be sent to the following address: OncohelpC/ Ganduxer, 1408021 BarcelonaESPAÑA Once the product has been received and after inspection, we will process the exchange or return. In the case of a return, clients will be reimbursed the full amount through the same method of payment of the original order.
